All Rates in Euros, minimum stay: 3 nights
Discount:
- 10% discount for a minimum stay of 7 days.
- 15% discount for a minimum stay of 28 days.
Included in the price:

gas, water and tourist tax

use of clean towels and bedding

use of wireless Internet (you have to bring your own laptop)

permanent staff of Villa Lovina-beach (housekeeper, cook, gardener and security)
Not included in the price:

electricity bill (at normal use cost for electricity is about 4 Euro for the house and garden and 0,5 Euro for personal use per person per day, the cost for electricity will be deducted from your deposit)

expenses of driver and masseuses
Payment:
30% of the total rent must be paid within 2 weeks of booking. After we receive your payment your booking is definite.
